North Medical Drive roadway project
Wednesday, April 10, from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm
Construction teams will partially close one westbound lane along North Medical Drive to repair a soft spot/depression in the road. The repair zone is located just north of the western roundabout. The lane closure will begin at 7:00 am and is estimated to be completed by the end of the business day.

HELIX Tower, South side, 30 N Mario Capecchi Dr, parking lot #27
Friday, April 5, 2024, from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm (weather permitting)
The U Facilities Project Design & Construction team will conduct roofing repairs on the South side of the HELIX Tower building:
- A boom lift will be brought in, closing a small area of the parking lot, but it will not affect any of the parking stalls
- Barricades will be placed around the work area, closing the sidewalk directly below the roofing work and around the boom lift
- To ensure your safety, signage will be posted internally and externally to guide pedestrian traffic around the work zone
- Please note that flaggers will be present throughout the construction period to assist pedestrians who may need guidance or assistance
