Be active and balanced at the U

Staying physically active lowers the risk of health problems, builds strength, boosts energy, and reduces stress. But why not have some fun while you’re doing it? Academic Noncredit at the U offers a huge variety of fitness and UExplore classes. You can try different ones until you find the one that you love! Hate jogging? Try pickleball! Don’t want to do weight training? Change it up by rock climbing! With full and ½ semester classes there’s no reason not to get more active.

Everyone 18 and over is welcome to register for academic noncredit classes. No application is necessary. Many classes fill early. Don’t miss out and register now!
