Nominations are now open for the University of Utah Black Cultural Center’s (BCC) second annual Black Faculty and Staff Awards celebration to be held on Friday, Feb. 26.

In honoring Black faculty and staff for their work on campus and in the community, the BCC will showcase, award and promote examples of excellence, amazing charges and upholding the four university goals.

This event will be a campus-wide virtual event only on Zoom. Registration details will be provided after the nomination process is completed.

You can help the BCC by nominating one Black faculty member and one Black staff member for each award category by Jan. 1. Learn more about each category and submit nominations here.
