U.S. Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor visited campus and had a unique conversation with faculty, staff, U students and some local high school students for the MUSE Project‘s theme year on justice. It was not your typical speech—she went up into the Huntsman Center seats to engage with students up close and personal. As those in attendance filed out of the HC after her address, one sentiment was heard again and again: “Amazing!”
She delivered a truly inspirational message: seek the positive, stay hopeful, understand our differences, and know that an education should be more than just getting good grades. You can watch the event in its entirety below.
