U DOCTORAL STUDENT CHOSEN AS FINALIST OF THE 2017 REAXYS PH.D. PRIZE
Among nearly 550 applicants from around the globe, Patel was selected due to the remarkable originality, innovation, relevance and methodological rigor of his paper “Enantioselective Palladium-Catalyzed Alkenylation of Trisubstituted Alkenols To Form Allylic Quaternary Centers.” He is invited to present his work at the Prize Symposium on Oct. 19-20 in Shanghai, where the three winners of this year’s prize will be selected.
