On Aug. 1, National Institutes of Health director Francis Collins showed off on his Director’s Blog a winning entry from a brain imaging contest—an image created by University of Utah bioengineering graduate student Andrew Janson.


University site license for Oracle Java products

The U purchased a one-time subscription license that covers Oracle Java products for campus to give system administrators time to migrate to no-cost Java products.


Becky Menlove named NHMU interim executive director
