University of Utah expands strategic partnership with Unrivaled Teamwear for mass channel apparel

The University of Utah today announced an expanded strategic partnership with Unrivaled Teamwear, the nation’s leading supplier of collegiate apparel, designating the company as its exclusive partner for the mass retail channel in the apparel category.

The expanded agreement builds upon a long-standing relationship between the University of Utah and Unrivaled (formerly HanesBrands’ licensed sports apparel division), a trusted partner in delivering quality collegiate merchandise to fans nationwide. With more than 20 years of experience supporting universities and over 600 collegiate licenses, Unrivaled has built a reputation for product quality, consumer insight, and deep retail expertise.

Through this partnership, Utes fans will see a broader selection of officially licensed apparel at major mass retailers, including Walmart, Target, Costco, Sam’s Club, and other key channels. Unrivaled will work closely with the University to elevate in-store merchandising, deliver trend-driven designs, and ensure timely product availability around marquee athletic events and championships.
