U Career Success hosted its third annual Career Impact Awards and fashion show on Thursday, April 16. This event united students, staff, faculty, campus departments, and employer partners.
“This is one of my favorite events I’ve ever been a part of,” said Hannah Bowen, content marketing specialist and social media manager at U Career Success.
The U Career Success Cintas Career Closet was featured in the show, highlighting outfit options for your next interview, networking event, or career fair.
“I love that we are able to help students feel confident as they begin their career journey,” said Bowen.
The 2026 Career Impact Winners were given awards following the fashion show. The winners were selected from students across campus who submitted their names to highlight internship experiences and career mentors who have impacted their path to career success. Award categories and winners included:
