Faculty, staff and community members are invited to join the Center for Community & Cultural Engagement's annual Gayla, a fundraiser supporting student jobs, cultural education and community programs. This year's theme is "Stitched in Solidarity."
Dress to impress in baby blue, pink and/or white—whatever makes you feel fabulous!

Stitched In Solidarity: Parade and Pride Palooza
10:30 a.m.-2 p.m.
Stillwell Field Gazebo and Union Patio
University of Utah, show us your Pride! All are welcome! Start our 2025 Pride Week Celebration right with a campus Pride Parade, beginning at 10:30 a.m. at the gazebo on Stillwell Field.
We'll parade through campus down to the Union Patio for Pride Palooza, featuring music, food, a ribbon cutting ceremony and student performances from groups like U Go Girl, U Asia's student K-Pop Group. Make sure to arrive on time to take advantage of free food while supplies last.

Join Pride Week's D&D themed Gayme Night! Roll the dice, embrace adventure and celebrate Pride in a night of fantasy and fun. Whether you're a seasoned player or brand new to Dungeons and Dragons, come for an inclusive, story-driven experience filled with epic quests, magical moments and community vibes.
Other board games will be available as well.

Join us for our Pride Week Market at the Union Plaza. Our market features a wide variety of local small businesses, artists, prize drawings and entertainment.

Get a free haircut at this year's Community Cuts during Pride Week. We celebrate and embrace self-expression in our Pride Communities—everyone is welcome to join. ADA accommodations will be available to ensure a comfortable and inclusive space for all.
Stitched in Solidarity: A Solidarity Forums Stitch & Bitch

Student Leadership & Involvement Lounge (Union 235)
Join us for a special Solidarity Forum, "Stitched in Solidarity: A Solidarity Forum Stitch & Bitch!"
We will be discussing the history of Stitch and Bitch and adding to the Pride Week quilt.
No quilting experience necessary. Come enjoy food, drinks, stitching and bitching!
LGBTQ+ Friends Drag Bingo

Join the LGBTQ+ and Friends Affinity Chapter and UPC in celebrating Pride Week with Drag Bingo! Gather your crew for a fun bingo night, snacks, prizes and incredible drag performances. All students and alumni welcome!
Registration is required for this free event. Each bingo card costs $5 with all proceeds going towards student scholarship funds. Free parking in the Union North parking lot.
Creating Change: Sharing Knowledge from LGBTQ+ Community

Join us for a teach-in led by students who attended the Creating Change Conference. They'll share insights on Pride culture and community, fostering learning and connection for all—whether you're part of the community or an ally. Together, we grow through learning with, by and from each other. All are welcome to attend. Register here.
Pink Pony Club Dance

Channel your inner Chappell Roan at the University of Utah's Pink Pony Club Dance. This Friday Night Hype event is open to all—come dance, enjoy fun activities and free food and drinks and capture the moment in your best self-expressive attire. A sensory room will be available for those who prefer a quieter space but still want to join the fun.
The first 150 attendees will receive a Pink Pony Club cowgirl hat.
