CHRONICLE OF HIGHER EDUCATION’S GREAT COLLEGES PROGRAM

As you may know, this year the University of Utah is participating in The Chronicle of Higher Education’s Great Colleges to Work For program, a study designed to recognize institutions that have built great workplaces. Part of the program involves a confidential employee survey distributed to a sample of each institution’s full-time faculty, administrators, exempt and non-exempt staff. If you have been selected as part of the University of Utah’s employee sample, you should have received invitations to take the survey from ModernThink, LLC, a research and consulting firm focusing on workplace excellence, and will receive another reminder by this morning, Monday, April 13, if you have not already completed the survey. The survey measures the strength of organizational competencies and relationships that most directly impact and influence an institution’s culture. Your participation and honest feedback are critical to the assessment process. You will be representing not only yourself, but also your colleagues.

Thank you, in advance, for your participation. If you have already completed the survey, we also sincerely thank you.  Please contact Chris Bone, director of employee relations, or visit ChronicleGreatColleges.com, if you have any questions.
