University Print & Mail Services recently brought home three honors on behalf of the University of Utah at the 2026 In-Plant Printing and Mailing Association (IPMA) In-Print Awards in Greenville, South Carolina. The awards recognize excellence in in-house printing and mailing. IPMA is the only professional association dedicated exclusively to the needs of in-house publishing, printing, and distribution professionals.
Print & Mail received a Gold Award in the Fabrication, Manufacturing & Engraving category, as well as the Attendees’ Choice Award, for its PAC-12 Commemorative Shadow Box. Created to celebrate Utah Athletics’ legacy in the PAC-12 Conference, the shadow box features authentic turf from Rice-Eccles Stadium and hardwood flooring from the Jon M. Huntsman Center. It also includes commemorative plaques recognizing every conference championship won by Utah Football and Utah Men’s Basketball during the university’s time in the PAC-12.
The Print & Mail team also earned a Bronze Award in the Wide Format/Specialty – Rigid Substrates category for their holiday ornaments. Introduced in late 2025, the ornaments feature two designs: one commemorating the University of Utah’s 175th anniversary and another showcasing the interlocking U logo. Each 4-inch ornament is crafted from brushed, white layered aluminum and printed with UV ink, creating a polished and durable ornament.
These awards highlight the expertise and craftsmanship of the Print & Mail team and the quality of work being produced at the University of Utah. This national recognition reflects the team’s commitment to delivering innovative, high-quality print and fabrication services that support the university community. Congratulations Print & Mail!
