Stress Buster Week Fall 2025: Helping students succeed

Stress Buster Week is a semi-annual event for students to help them de-stress before finals week. Organizations from across the University of Utah campus have joined together to provide a week full of resources.

Monday, Dec. 1

  • 10-11:30 a.m. | Financial Wellness, Level 3
  • 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. | Intermountain Therapy Animals, Level 3
  • 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m. | Snacks and supplies from J. Willard Marriott Library, Level 3

Tuesday, Dec. 2

  • 10 a.m. | Free bagels from the Marriott Library, Level 3
  • 10-11:30 a.m. | Center for Campus Wellness
  • 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m. | Sleep mask kits from Counseling Center
  • 12 p.m. | Pizza from Provost Mitzi Montoya

Wednesday, Dec. 3

  • 10-11:30 a.m. | Button making and snacks from UMFA, Level 3
  • 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m. | Learning Center, Level 3
  • 12 p.m. | Free Jimmy John’s and drinks from the Marriott Library, Level 3

Thursday, Dec. 4

  • 10-11:30 a.m. | Feed U Pantry, Level 3
  • 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m. | Student Success Coaches, Level 3
  • 3-5 p.m. | Free coffee at Starbucks from the Marriott Library (first 200 only), Level 1 Starbucks
