The orientation will take place from February 10 to February 13 at the University of Utah Asia Campus in Songdo, Incheon, South Korea, beginning with a Virtual Greeting to allow students to connect before arriving on campus. In-person sessions will offer insights into academic expectations, student life, and support services.

Support for international students
For those arriving from abroad, International Student Orientation (February 6-7) will provide essential guidance on adjusting to life at the Asia Campus. Sessions will cover immigration procedures, survival tips for living in Korea, and an introduction to local culture and language. Additional activities include a campus tour and a scavenger hunt to help students become familiar with their new environment.
Through academic sessions, social events, and campus resources, new students will have ample opportunities to connect with peers and immerse themselves in university life.
